Shayla’s Brand

 My name is Shayla Tibbs and I describe myself as a very meticulous person.  I believe that I am very dependable because no one has never had a problem with trusting me!  My friends may call me crazy because of my actions and because I am a very open-minded person and I attempt to say any and everything that’s on my mind!  I personally think that I am, or can get very devious because I never settle for less and I have a vast amount of knowledge to back up my words.  I love to play the drums at my high school; matter of fact, I play the snare drum and I am the section leader of the drum section and the captain of the band!  I enjoy doing hair at every and any given time!  In the past, I enjoyed stepping at my middle school and going to competitons to compete against other young ladies. I consider myself very unique because I am the only person that I know who smells their pillow whenver it is cold!  I have been dealing with this very strange habit since I was two years old and this is something that will follow me for the rest of my life.  To sum up everything about me, my goal in life is to give my little brother the life I never had.  Growing up was very challenging towards the end of the my teen life and I never want him to worry about a thing! Kudos to my photographer Nicholes Malveaux!!!

Lame 2 Fame

Leonard is a freshman at Worthing Senior High School.  He has no friends and walked the halls in an isolated fashion.  The kids at Worthing High School made fun of Leonard’s appearance: thick glasses, suspenders, flooding pants, and an outdated afro hairstyle.  One day, while at lunch, Leonard heard a musical note that was new to him.  Leonard walks toward the music and finds himself in the front of the band room (1018).  The band members established a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to Leonard.  Leonard signs up for the band.  He decides to play the cymbals and gets heavenly involved in the drum section.  After a month of discipline and training, Worthing’s students notice a change in Leonard’s ENTIRE swag.  Back then they didn’t want him, after he joined the band, they were all on him!      THE END!!!!!!
